Teachers

Our staff interact with children at their level.

Small group sizes and well-trained, educated teachers are the cornerstones of a high-quality childcare program!

Our Staff-to-Child Ratios:
Infants and Toddlers (2 weeks to ~2.5 years)1:4
Preschoolers (~2.5 to ~4 years)1:6-8
Young Fives (5-6 years) 1:8-10
School-Age Children (6-11 years) 1:8-12

Our Qualifications:
Head teachers generally have a 4–year degree in Early Childhood Education (or a related field) plus experience.

Other full time teaching staff generally have a four or 2–year degree in Early Childhood Education (or a related field) and practical experience working with young children.

All staff members receive on–going training and attend weekly and monthly center planning meetings. All full-time staff are certified in Basic First Aid and C.P.R.
