Great Start Readiness Program

About

The Great Start Readiness Program (GSRP) is a State funded program designed to be an option for children the year before kindergarten to help them get a ‘great start’ to their educational journey. The GSRP program uses the same research based HighScope curriculum as the other Gretchen’s House preschool programs, as well as, highly qualified and skilled teachers. The program is free to families who qualify.

Just 3 eligibility factors to qualify:

Age – your child must be 4 by December 1st

Residency – your family must live in Washtenaw County

Income – your family income must be 0 – 300% of the Federal Poverty Level

GSRP Locations at Gretchen's House

We have three GSRP classrooms at Gretchen’s House. they are located at our Oak Valley, Dhu Varren and Gretchen’s House at HighScope in Ypsilanti centers.
